Surprisingly, the owner was not very responsive especially considering that I purchase a lot from Etsy and have had extremely pleasant experiences. I was promised Personalized soaps, however, they arrived without the message, AFTER the owner agreed to it. If you have questions for the owner or perhaps just on edge from the stress of event planning, you should probably find someone else who’s more attentive. The soaps were packaged nicely and smelled lovely, just not how I expected them due to poor communication.
