Unfortunately, I cannot give a good rating based off how long it took to get my item shipped and how long the shipping took overall. It took almost 3.5 weeks to receive the bath bombs (past the expected delivery date). It took about 1.5 weeks to even get the item shipped out. I also reached out for help with the long delivery, and I still haven’t gotten a response (other than the automated message that it was received) and it’s now been three days and counting since I reached out. I ordered several other items from Etsy from different companies the same day I did with the bath bombs and got all my items delivered within a week. Not acceptable and I think if an order can’t get shipped out in a timely manner maybe there just isn’t enough time to dedicate to having an Etsy shop.
